1.    Project Manager

Location: Peshawar (with frequent field visits)
Reports to: Program Director
Duration: 36 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities across Peshawar, Nowshera, and Charsadda.
• Supervise and guide field teams to ensure effective delivery of Health, Nutrition, WASH, and DRR components.
• Develop work plans, budgets, and progress reports in coordination with Organization management and partners.
• Coordinate with government line departments (Health, PHED, Education, CAR) and local authorities for smooth implementation.
• Facilitate training, workshops, and monitoring visits.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
• Represent Organization in external coordination meetings and stakeholder forums.
  
  Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing multi-sectoral development or humanitarian projects.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and coordination skills.
