Event Requirements:

• Venue/Hall: Required for 02 days event

• Dates: 29 & 30 October 2025

• Participants: 50 persons

• Refreshments & Meals: Morning Tea, Lunch, Evening Tea (for all participants)

• Equipment: Multimedia Projector, 10 Table Mics and 03 Free Mics

Accommodation Requirements:

• Rooms: 10 single rooms

• Check-in: 28 October 2025

• Check-out: 31 October 2025

• Meal Plan: Breakfast & Dinner included

• Airport Pick & Drop service
