• Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on e-commerce concepts, platforms, and business models.

• Train participants on setting up and managing online stores (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.).

• Provide guidance on product sourcing, pricing strategies, inventory, and order management.

• Educate on digital payment systems, logistics, and fulfillment processes.

• Conduct sessions on digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies for e-commerce.

• Assist trainees in identifying profitable niches and creating effective product listings.

• Support learners in developing branding and customer service strategies.

• Monitor trainee progress and provide individual coaching and feedback.

• Stay up to date on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and local market dynamics.

• Conduct practical assignments and real-time simulations for hands-on experience.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback.

• Prepare regular training reports, attendance records, and outcome assessments.

• Ensure inclusive and accessible training environments for diverse participants.

• Facilitate post-training support, such as mentoring or linking with marketplaces.
