Job Description:
We are looking for a Training Officer – Software Applications to conduct hands-on sessions on basic software operations including Windows installation, antivirus setup, multimedia software installation, and other essential computer utilities. The candidate should be capable of delivering practical training to beginners and intermediate-level learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Windows OS installation, antivirus, and multimedia software.

• Prepare training materials and hands-on exercises.

• Provide troubleshooting support during training sessions.

• Ensure participants gain practical knowledge and confidence.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in software installation and computer maintenance.

• Good communication and training delivery skills.

• Strong technical knowledge of common software tools.

• Previous experience as a trainer is preferred.
