CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Background:
Taraqee Foundation (TF) in partnership with CBM is inviting qualified individual consultants or consultancy firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for conducting a one-day interactive training session in Quetta. This initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of key government service providers and law enforcement personnel in delivering inclusive, accessible and gender-sensitive services with particular focus on supporting persons with disabilities and other marginalized groups.
Objective of the Assignment:
To design and conduct an interactive and practical training session that builds the understanding and skills of participants on inclusive approaches, disability rights, gender sensitivity and best practices for equitable service provision.
Scope of Work:
The selected consultant/training firm will be responsible for:

Designing a context-specific training module and materials (agenda, handouts, presentations).

Conducting a pre- and post-training assessment to measure learning outcomes.

Delivering a 1-day training session using participatory adult-learning methodologies.

Incorporating case studies and practical tools relevant to government and law enforcement roles.

Preparing a final training report, including feedback, key takeaways and recommendations for institutional follow-up.

Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Human Rights, Social Sciences or related fields
-
At least 5 years of experience in conducting gender-sensitive and inclusion-focused trainings
-
Proven knowledge of disability inclusion, gender-based violence and rights-based approaches
-
Familiarity with the service delivery and law enforcement sectors is a strong asset
-
Excellent facilitation, communication and reporting skills in English and Urdu. Pashto or Balochi is a plus.
