CARE Pakistan invites proposals from qualified firms/consultants for consultancy services aimed at enhancing user engagement, digital content, and LMS optimization under the Strive Women Pakistan project.

Mandatory Criteria:

✔ Profile including experience: Consultant/firm profile with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
✔ Technical Expertise: Proven experience in multimedia content creation, web/app development, SEO, and database management.
✔ Work Samples: Submission of at least two relevant work samples.
✔ Project Approach & Methodology: Clear proposal demonstrating understanding and methodology for content creation and web/mobile adaptation and timeline.
✔ Team Composition: A multidisciplinary team including a Project Lead / Digital Strategy Manager SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist, Web Developer & Designer / UI & UX Designer, Content team (E-Learning & Multimedia), Data Analyst / LMS Performance Specialist.

✔ Financial Proposal: Budget breakdown submitted in PDF format and password-protected.
✔ Registration certificate of the firm

Note: Interested firms/consultants are requested to carefully read the Terms of Reference (TORs) attached.

Interested firms/consultants should submit their technical and financial proposals along with mandatory criteria documents via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Consultancy for User Engagement, Digital Content Enhancement, and LMS Optimization” by 11:59 PM on 27 June 2025. All financial proposals must be submitted in PDF format and password protected. Shortlisted firms/consultants will be contacted by the CARE Procurement team to provide the password via email after the technical evaluation phase.
