CARE Pakistan invites sealed proposals from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of Medicines for Health Facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

This procurement is being conducted through an Open Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the CARE Procurement Policy and DG ECHO Procurement Principles.

Bidding Documents

Prospective bidders are requested to carefully review all solicitation documents, including the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Price Annexure, before preparing their proposals. Failure to submit all required information or to comply with the mandatory requirements of the solicitation documents may result in rejection of the proposal.

Revised Submission Deadline

The proposal submission deadline has been extended until 11:59 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Clarifications

In the interest of fairness, transparency, and equal treatment of all prospective bidders, CARE Pakistan has issued an Official Clarification to Generic Vendor Queries, which forms part of this solicitation. All bidders are advised to carefully review the attached clarification document before submitting their proposals.

Bidders who have already submitted their proposals and wish to revise them in light of the issued clarifications may submit a revised proposal before the revised deadline. The revised submission should clearly indicate that it supersedes the previously submitted proposal.

Proposal Submission

All proposals must:

• Be submitted only through email to [email protected].
• Be received no later than 11:59 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
• Be signed by an authorized representative of the bidding organization.
• Include only those supporting documents that are directly relevant to the mandatory eligibility requirements, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria specified in the RFP. Bidders are requested not to submit generic company profiles or extensive supporting documentation unless specifically required, as only relevant evidence against the stated requirements will be considered during the evaluation.

Communication

All communications relating to this procurement—including requests for clarification, proposal submissions, and subsequent correspondence—must be directed exclusively to [email protected].

Any attempt by a bidder to contact CARE staff, evaluation committee members, or implementing partner personnel outside this designated communication channel may result in disqualification.
