Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan, is looking for a competent Lab Intern based at Aga Khan Hospital, Gilgit

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Assist in blood sample collection under the supervision of a qualified phlebotomist.
• Ensure correct patient identification, sample labeling, and documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and proper use of PPE at all times.
• Safely transport collected specimens to the laboratory within defined timelines.
• Maintain patient comfort, confidentiality, and professional conduct during procedures.

Required Skills

Skills And Qualifications:

• Matriculation in Science with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (completed).
• Basic knowledge of computer operating skills, phlebotomy techniques, infection control, sample handling, and laboratory safety protocols.
• Demonstrates good communication skills, patient-centered attitude, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions under supervision.
